Our intimate bed and breakfast in Vermont offers the ideal romantic getaway near charming Woodstock, VT. All of our guest rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning and heating. Special amenities include hair dryers, cozy bathrobes, fluffy towels, fine bath toiletries and a pillow library where you may "check out" the perfect pillow for your comfort. Satellite television with premium movie channels is provided in each guest room and there is a video tape collection consisting of some old romantic classics and some new releases for your viewing enjoyment. While we generally require a two-night minimum stay during weekends, holidays, and foliage season, occasionally one-night stays are available. Please call to check. POLICIES Please note that our advance reservation and cancellation policy is a vital part of the management of a small country inn. Advance Reservation Policy: In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit equal to fifty percent of your total stay is requested. You may secure your room using a credit card for deposit which will be processed at the time your reservation is made. Cancellation: If you should need to cancel or shorten your reservation, we shall be glad to return your deposit, less a 10% processing fee, provided 14 days' notice is given. With less than 14 days' notice, your deposit, less fee, will be refunded only if another guest fills the room we have held for you. Longer notice is required when you or your party reserve more than one room. Payments: We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards as settlement. Arrival Time: You may check in between 3 PM and 6 PM. If your arrival time differs, please discuss it with us in advance so that we can make arrangements to assure you a warm and personal welcome. Without advance notice, arrivals later than scheduled are subject to release of the room and/or liability for the full cost of the reservation. Departure Time: In order to have the accommodations ready on time for our next guests, we would appreciate having your room available to us by 11 AM. Additional Information: There is a maximum accommodation of two persons per room. We do not have appropriate facilities for children. No pets. We meet all Americans With Disabilities Act requirements. Our inn has a fully automatic sprinkler system. The Maple Leaf Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
